Safeguarding the Mental Health of your workforce is your responsibility
We provide training and qualifications suitable for the whole workforce, for Mental Health First Aiders, and for those in a supervisory or management role.
Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is one of the most topical areas of running a business in todays world.
The area of mental health still carries significant stigma and there are many misconceptions about what mental health and wellbeing is. Often mental ill health goes unrecognised and when it is, many employees don’t know how to start a supportive conversation or have the knowledge to signpost a colleague to professional help and support.
Poor mental health and wellbeing in the workplace can often compound the issues being faced and make them worse, ultimately leading to time off, employees leaving, and sometimes suicide.
